Cross tie anchors are absolute necessities in a barn and take the place of the old-style hitching posts.

Whether you’re grooming your horse, giving him a bath or putting new shoes on, you’re going to need to keep him securely tied. These cross tie anchors will do just that. Recess them into a sturdy post at the appropriate height for your horse.

And you’ll most likely want a pair – one on each side of the horse – for extra security and safety. Create that spot anywhere in your barn, but a helpful tip to remember is that you typically want your cross tie posts to be 10-12 feet apart.

We don’t know if you’ll be mounting these into wood, concrete or metal, so hardware is not included.
