Exterior shutter specifications
| With the same quality and attention to detail given our horse stalls, Dutch doors and partitions, the exterior shutters available from Innovative Equine Systems are made from heavy gauge steel and powder coated in your choice of 192 colors.
Because of the shutters proximity to weather elements, we've used stainless steel in the adjustable hinges and the unique finger latches. These latches - the first of their kind in the industry, and also available with our stalls and Dutch doors - allow you to open your shutter from inside or outside the stall.

| To add even more beauty and function to your shutter, we have many custom options. Try our exotic hardwood for a gorgeous and durable lumber, or high density polyethylene as a virtually maintenance free choice. Optional openings for glass tops (you provide the glass), give your barn a light and airy feel. A radiused top imparts a touch of elegance, and cross bucks give your shutter added strength and an extra measure of class. To keep your barn siding from being munched on, order a yoke, which also adds old world style to your facility and ties in with the curves of our Savannah and Rubicon horse stalls. And for that final touch, a magnetic door stop will hold your shutter securely against your barn.
