Seamless poured rubber flooring
|
Use EvoFlex in all equine areas, including stalls, walkways, wash areas, veterinary clinics, large animal hospitals, and exercise areas. Designed for the most demanding hygienic equine conditions, this surfacing keeps bacteria to a minimum.
The base is a black EPDM rubber with consistent thickness for complete reliability and excellent force reduction. The next coat is a polyurethane pore sealer designed to seal the black rubber base mat and provide the best compatibility with the polyurethane wear coat, which is poured on top of the sealer. This wear coat is made of a tough, 2-component polyurethane and distributes point load over a larger area due to the softer base mat. The top coat is also a 2-component polyurethane with excellent abrasion and marring resistance, is low maintenance and comes in a wide range of colors.

| Installation of EvoFlex seamless polyurethane flooring should be installed on a clean, dry, smooth, sound substrate. Best results are obtained when an experienced flooring technician performs the product installation. A complete guide is available upon request.
